Provide a deploy folder (./<rootfoldername>/deploy)

You SHOULD store any infrastructure provisioning scripts in a deploy folder. These could be Azure Resource Management (ARM) templates or Bicep scripts and associated parameter files, but it is RECOMMENDED that you use Terraform scripts.
